About Me
I’m almost 40. I have two kids.
And for years, I was chasing the “perfect” body - like many women I know.
I blamed my genes.
I punished myself at the gym.
I ran until I couldn’t feel my legs.
I lived on rice and fish.
I was skinny, yes.
But also exhausted, bitter, and angry - snapping at the people I loved.
I’ve been through it all - 10 years of searching, testing, failing. Thousands of exercises, endless programs.
And after 2 kids I realized: fitness needs to be smarter, not harder.
That’s when I built my Smart Movement formula - smart, simple training using my own body weight that truly transform a woman’s body.
